What a Gem

Thoughts to Contemplate by Dr. Luann Robinson Hull

Catch Yourself Being Queenly (or Kingly)

Recall the moments when you’ve stepped fully into your Magnificence. It may have been the first time you addressed your parents from a powerful place as an adult, or when you performed beyond your expectations in a leadership role. Maybe it was in attaining some cherished goal or winning an award. Perhaps you are becoming more authentic in your relationships, feeling comfortable identifying and expressing your truth. If you are willing, capture your victories in writing and read them often.

What are your most Magnificent qualities?

Have you ever gone beyond your comfort zone in pursuit of your passions?

What goals have you accomplished?

In what ways do you deserve praise?

What is it about you that is strikingly grand or impressive — exceptionally fine?

Use this process as an entry point to spark the momentum of a life without limits. Notice all the ways you are already Magnificent, and expand from there. If your mind starts to argue, saying “you are not,” or “you can’t,” allow the disclaimer to act as a reminder that fear and doubt are not anchored in love. And only love is real. Learn to identify and only listen to the voice of love. It speaks gently, with the perfect blend of compassion and truth. There has never been a time when it was not available to you because it is the Essence of who you are — the foundation of your Queenly (or Kingly) nature. Declare it now.

Be sure to forward this to someone you love.

  1. Excellent, thank you! I’m off to get in touch with the “Kingly” me 🙂

  2. Great stuff, I have done something like this before and it works really well. Thanks for reminding me about it!!

  3. Great exercise. Perceived failures tend to overshadow our successes. We humans are sure hard on ourselves!

  4. Such great tips for reminding ourselves of the GOOD we do… Thank you Luann!

  5. I try to practice this stuff all the time. I am definitely the QUEEN of going beyond my comfort zone. LOL Great post!

  6. Hmm one of my girlfriends always says she is a queen. I guess she has this concept covered.

  7. With havin so much content do you ever run into any
problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has
a lot of exclusive content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you know any techniques to help protect against content from being ripped off? I’d certainly appreciate it.

  8. magnificent publish, very informative. I’m wondering why the opposite specialists of this sector don’t notice this.
You should continue your writing. I’m confident, you’ve a great readers’ base already!
